The chief executive authority responsible for leadership, strategic management, coordination, and representation of the organization. Ensures effective program implementation, policy compliance, and accountability to the Executive Committee and donors.
Supports the Executive Director in overall management, coordination of programs, and supervision of departmental operations.
Director (Advocacy & Research) — Leads research, documentation, evidence-based advocacy, and knowledge generation.
